So my wife and I needed to look for a rental that still kept us close to my grandma and aunt who are still independent but aren’t spring chickens. We knew that as a Veteran that I already had my COE to buy but we felt buying right now was something we would need to save up for while we rented and I got through my new job training. So we went to go look at a rental that is managed by Starpointe realty and that is where we met Corin. She showed us a place and asked us what we were looking for while explaining the process needed to rent and have my service dog in training that would need to be provided before we could rent. It was after we looked at the rental that she explained the costs of renting and all of upfront costs needed to just move in and the rent and utilities for just a year. Trust me when I say this penny pincher’s stomach was absolutely upset. She then explained the pros and cons of home ownership. Yes I like the financing side of that conversation. So she referred us to Tanja Allen and our Finacing person Adrienne and to be honest the wife and I never expected to be approved when they called and spoke to her and I. So the following day we were off looking at houses that Corin assures us not only knocked some time off my commute but still had us close to my grandma and aunt but also would allow us to give our son a good start in education for the future. When these reviews say that she treats you like family and is absolutely professional and eager to help all I can say is TRUST THEM! She went above and beyond for our family. The entire team from start to finish we’re absolutely awesome. My wife, who isn’t a fan of people, absolutely enjoyed Corin and how she and Adrianne were readily available to not only put our fears at ease but were there to deal with me being stubborn and cranky, my hectic work schedule and ensured that we had no stress to worry about from start to finish. If we ever sell and buy again she is who we are using and if anyone in this area is in the market give her a call she will absolutely y’all care of you the way realtors should that I was stressed and hesitant for nothing...don’t tell Corin or my wife that lmao. The only bad thing was as a first time homeowner she wasn’t able to be at the contract signing with us and yup we were bummed because of this virus but she was definitely one my wife blew her phone up after we closed. This is a financial dream goal that became real event! This house will help me buy my future bigger house next. I wanted to buy in 2020, a couple family finance help happened in 2021 (again),I started back house shopping July 2022, been in 2 home contacts, and the finish line to closing just seem unbelievable. I’ve been working so hard saving, budgeting, building credit, financially helping family often, house hunting, negotiating, man it’s been a jungle I thought I may not find a decent house in my price range. I also had a fun first realtor experience w/ the impressive smart expert Kaia who is also an interior design major that I can mark down the best sales experience in my life because I know sales myself and I can smell it with my eyes close. I did my own internal interview shopping on about 7 realtor companies and Kaia was always so professional, fired up to get out there no matter how many houses sorry there are some realtors that look like they are ready to retire from house shopping/ look lazy, and Kaia gives me a lot of her time responding to also text n emails which I did not expect to have all of kaia for mines but man I can make a list of all the WOW service offers that I did not expect her to offer/ do for me because it was just extra above beyond service that just kept rolling in.
